CUSTOMS, VAT & FEES: For Iceland, the USA, Canada and the UAE customs duties, VAT, and other fees may apply to your order. These are NOT included in the price. If you return your order, customs fees will not be refunded. Please remember to mark your return package as a return item somewhere on the package.

You will always receive a tracking number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

If you place a pre-order along with in-stock items, your order will only be shipped once all items are available.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by suppliers and cannot be held accountable for such delays.
