DELIVERY & RETURNS
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Unfortunately, we do not yet offer return labels for orders outside Denmark. You will need to contact a shipping company of your choice and send your package via that company (e.g., at the post office or similar).
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs (including customs/VAT if returning from outside the EU).
You have a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item at a parcel shop or at your address.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your package reaches us, so we always recommend sending it with a tracking number. Using a tracking number is crucial to have proof for a refund, as packages can get lost if sent as regular mail.
Send the package directly to the specified address, as we do not pick up packages from kiosks or post offices.
CUSTOMS, VAT, AND OTHER FEES OUTSIDE THE EU:
If you have paid customs or other fees for your order, these will not be refunded upon return.

Always remember to include your name and order number on the package so we can identify it comes from you. Otherwise, we won’t know where to refund the amount.
Once we have received your return item, you will receive an email notification. It may take up to 10 working days before the amount is refunded to your account.
EXCHANGES:
It is not possible to exchange an order. If you wish to receive a different item, you must return the original order for a refund and place a new order.
However, it is possible to exchange your online order in our physical store in Copenhagen.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR PACKAGE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE IF:
• The 14-day return period has been exceeded.
• The item(s) are not securely packaged.
• The item(s) show signs of perfume, makeup, or smoke odor.
• Hangtags or labels have been removed or damaged.
