Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and VAT when the shipment reaches its destination. Please contact your local customs authorities with any questions.

Note! DAO is liable for the package as long as it is in DAO’s possession. Once the package has been placed outside your door, DAO’s liability ends. You are then responsible if the package disappears or gets damaged, and you cannot claim compensation.

CUSTOMS, VAT & FEES: For the UK, Iceland, USA, Australia, and Canada, customs duties, VAT, and other fees may be applied, which are not included in the price. Customs duties are non-refundable when returning your order. Make sure to label your return package as a “returned item.”

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can track your package from our warehouse to you.

If you place a pre-order and purchase in-stock items at the same time, the order will be shipped once all items are in stock.

We are not responsible for delays from our suppliers.
