1. DELIVERY

Prices and estimated delivery time:

We ship worldwide, and if you can’t find your country on the list, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to help you.

Before you complete your order, you will be presented with different delivery options to choose from, with estimated prices, delivery times, and dates depending on the shipping address.

Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and VAT when the shipment reaches its destination. Please contact your local customs authorities with any questions.

CUSTOMS, VAT & FEES:

For the UK, Norway, Iceland, USA, Australia, and Canada, customs duties, VAT, and other fees may apply. These are NOT included in the price. If you return your order, customs fees will NOT be refunded.

Remember to send your return package as a return item (mark this clearly somewhere on the package).

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

If you place a pre-order but also buy something that is in stock, the order will only be shipped once all items are in stock.

We are not responsible for delays from any of our suppliers.

2. RETURN POLICY (ONLY DANISH ORDERS)

EXTENDED RETURN POLICY FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS UNTIL JANUARY 6, 2024.

You have a 14-business-day return right from the day you receive your item at the parcel shop.

If you return it after this period, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.

We aim to process all returns within 10 business days after receiving them. Refunds may take 2-3 bank days depending on your bank and payment method.


BUY OUR RETURN LABEL HERE

You must cover the return shipping costs yourself. The price for our return label is DKK 45.

The shipping fee you paid to have your order delivered to you will, of course, be refunded (if the entire order is returned, otherwise not). You only need to cover the return shipping costs yourself (this applies to Danish orders only).


NOTE: If you choose another return option than ours, we recommend you still use a tracking number, as you are 100% responsible for the package reaching us.

Remember to send the package to our address; we do not pick up packages from parcel shops, post offices, etc.

Always enclose a return slip with your name and order number in the package so we know it’s from you.


EXCHANGE:

It is not possible to exchange an order. If you want another item, the original order must be returned, refunded, and then you can place a new order.

However, it is possible to exchange your webshop order in our physical store in Copenhagen.


WE DO NOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURN IF:

• The 14-business-day return deadline has been exceeded.

• The item(s) are not properly packaged and in original packaging.

• The item(s) have absorbed perfume, makeup, or smoke odor.

• Hangtags or labels are removed or damaged.


Once we have received your return, you will get an email notification—after that, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. RETURN POLICY (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)


EXTENDED RETURN POLICY FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS UNTIL JANUARY 6, 2024.

Unfortunately, it’s not yet possible to purchase a return label from us if you are ordering from outside Denmark.

You must arrange the return shipping yourself through a carrier of your choice (e.g., at the post office or similar).

You are responsible for covering the return costs yourself (including customs/VAT if returning from outside the EU).

You have a 14-day return right from the day you receive your item at the parcel shop or your address.

You are responsible for ensuring your package reaches us, so we always recommend shipping with a tracking number!

It’s very important you send the package with tracking so you have proof and insurance to receive your refund.

We often experience packages getting lost if they are sent as letters, and in such cases, you are fully responsible.

You must send the package directly to our address—we do not pick up packages from kiosks, post offices, etc.


CUSTOMS, VAT & OTHER FEES outside the EU:

If you paid customs or other fees on your order, these will NOT be refunded upon return.

4. PRE-ORDERS


If you place a pre-order, this will be stated in the product title and on your order confirmation.

In the product description, you can see how many days are expected to pass before the item is shipped.

If you ordered multiple items together with a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order is in stock.

If you place a pre-order that takes more than 7 days, we are required to withdraw the money from your account before shipment, as we cannot reserve the funds any longer. If this is not possible, the order will be canceled.

5. WARRANTY


There is a 2-year warranty on products according to Danish purchase law.

The warranty covers all defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.

Claims regarding defects must be reported to Venderby’s within a reasonable time after receiving the item.

A maximum of two months is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed.


We refund reasonable shipping costs.

The warranty lapses if the product has been used incorrectly or in an unintended way.

Venderby’s covers return shipping costs and will send you a return label as soon as you contact us.
